3 50 Deep Tissue Massage • Paid: £35

The treatment was very good with the exercises given, price was as quoted. The worst thing was I am still awaiting a receipt and a call to book another appointment as the owner had left without leaving the diary and receipt book.

The physiotherapist has a good range of treatment experience and knowledge. I am having a course of treatments for an RSI injury and have made significant improvements in a short period of time.

We keep our assessments functional, so we can see how you work, rather than see how you sit at work. We check it all using the DSE guidelines. Its not only about your chair, monitor and keyboard, but its about how you use your workstation.

You may have a great workstation, with an expensive ergonomic chair with all the bells and whistles, but if you are not using it properly then whats the point?

Call it what you like - massage, effleurage, release, deep tissue, soft tissue manipulation. It simply doesnt matter. This will help reduce aches and pains, whether caused by sport, injury, or simply the stresses and strains of modern life. We use a combination of trigger pointing, frictions and massage techniques to help relax tender points in muscles aiming to release naturally occurring endorphins which help to reduce pain, and help to increase blood flow speeding up the healing process.
