Theresa gained her BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from Brunel University, graduating with a 1st and becoming Chartered in 1996. Theresa has a wealth of experience working as a senior therapist both within the NHS and the private sector. Before becoming a physiotherapist Theresa was a professional dancer, having trained at Elmhurst School of Ballet and Laine Theatre Arts College. It was during this time that she first became aware of the rehabilitation benefits of Pilates, as well as its ability to enhance athletic performance. Now herself a fully trained and certified Pilates practitioner, Theresa represents that rare combination of theoretical knowledge and practical ability which combine to the benefit of all her clients.
