Linzi Meadows
Biography:
MSc BSc(Hons) MCSP SRP and Advanced Bobath Tutor (IBITA)
Linzi trained as a Chartered Physiotherapist at Manchester Royal Infirmary, qualifying in 1982. She started to specialise in Neurology during 1985 when she became the senior therapist at a Manchester Stroke Unit.
She received a Bachelor of Honours degree in Health Care and welfare at Salford University in 1992.
In 1995 she was responsible for setting up one of the first Neurological Outreach Services in the UK, providing seamless multi-disciplinary care for neurological patients in Central Manchester.
She qualified as a Bobath Tutor in 1997 and is a member of BBTA (British Bobath Tutors Association), one of only 15 Bobath Tutors in the UK.
She has taught widely both nationally and internationally in the Bobath Concept as a member of IBITA (International Bobath Instructor Training Association).
She has completed a Masters Degree in the Bobath Concept at Leeds Metropolitan University gaining a merit.
