My physio was arranged through my insurance company after a car crashed into the back of mine at speed.
I was really pleased at the communication setting up the initial appointment, I met my physio, Fiona, who was really nice. She was very thorough with her questions and in explaining everything which gave me great confidence in her abilities, she also made me feel positive that I would be feeling much better over the coming weeks with a combination of me doing the exercises she had shown me and advised me on how often to do these and my visits to see her.
