"Exceeded my expectations"
5 50Reviewed 17 Sep 2015 Verified user. Review confirmed by phone and email.
Treatment Received: Back Pain Treatment
I have had treatment and advice for lower back pain. I am already feeling the benefit and was impressed with the thoroughness, expertise and caring approach of the physiotherapist. On her advice I have consulted my GP and have had an urgent referral to a consultant

My experience exceeded my expectations. The physiotherapist gave me a very thorough examination and taught me exercises which are very effective in reducing my pain. She also advised me to seek immediate medical help resulting in an urgent and timely referral to a consultant. Without her advice I might have waited longer before taking action

Nicki is a Gold accredited Member of the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Sports Medicine - an internationally recognised specialised group of Physiotherapists working in Sport.Working in the NHS for 5 years gave Nicki a wealth of experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, including orthopaedics, specialist hand units, hydrotherapy and rehabilitation.
  • In 1999 Nicki established Bodybalance (initially) as a part time venture alongside her other work commitments. In 2002 Nicki left the NHS to work for the MOD as a civilian physiotherapist at RAF Halton.
