Experiencing sore shins following activity, treated by Catriona. Shown exercises and stretches in the gym area of the clinic. Took exercises to do at home between sessions. Great value. I heard about them from a friend. Can't recommend them highly enough - really excellent service. Took time to listen and explain, clearly very experienced. The clinic is really smart and clean and has a treatment room and exercise area.
