About PhysioPhilosophy

PhysioPhilosophy is a friendly Physiotherapy and Sports Injuries Clinic located in the cathedral area of the City of Hereford and attached to the Hereford Cathedral School. We will provide you with specialist physiotherapy treatments and individualised rehabilitation programmes according to your specific injuries and needs. Initial Consultation (1 hr) £40.

Follow up Consultation (30 mins)  £30.

Post operative Rehabilitation (1 hr) £40. 

Pilates one to one  (please enquire).

Sports Massage (1hr) £40.

Took time to listen and explain, clearly very experienced

Physiotherapist Consultation • Paid: £40

Experiencing sore shins following activity, treated by Catriona. Shown exercises and stretches in the gym area of the clinic. Took exercises to do at home between sessions. Great value.

I heard about them from a friend. Can't recommend them highly enough - really excellent service. Took time to listen and explain, clearly very experienced. The clinic is really smart and clean and has a treatment room and exercise area.
