Be Mindful Physiotherapy and Pilates

My name is Hannah Morley and I am the founder of Be Mindful Health and Wellness. I am a Physiotherapist and have been practicing physiotherapy around the world for the last 5 years. During this exploration the need for integratative non-pharacological medicine became clear. My vision is that this approach will welcome evidence-based interventions which focus on our lives, our health and our future; rather than our illnesses or life choices. This is how the idea for Be Mindful appeared and it is still growing and will continue to grow.
