Kate graduated from Kings College London where she received training at St Thomass and Kings College Hospitals, London. Since qualifying Kate has completed The McKenzie Institute Internationals Diploma, which identifies the highest level of clinical excellence in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy. Although this method enjoys an excellent reputation internationally and scientifically, Kate is one of very few clinicians in the UK to hold this qualification.
Kate enjoys the personal challenge of competitive sport. She rowed at a National level and was selected for Great Britain Team Trials in 1999. She is now a keen runner and has completed the 2003, 2006 and 2007 Flora London Marathons.

Kate understands the need for sports injury prevention and has developed SportsPerform to bridge the gap between science and application. SportsPerform translates scientific injury prevention and performance strategies in to useful training tools.

Specialist Physiotherapist, BSc Hons PG Dip WH SRP MCSP

Sally graduated as a Physiotherapist from Coventry University. She quickly specialised in musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and soon qualified as a credentialed McKenzie therapist.

Sally’s special interest is Women’s Health, she believes strongly that women should understand more about how their body’s work and not just accept the ‘inevitable’ problems that result from childbirth and the menopause. Sally works closely with individuals to provide them with appropriate advice and treatment to help them resolve their symptoms.

Sally has worked closely with gynaecologists and midwives to develop and promote an antenatal and postnatal service for women with pregnancy related musculoskeletal and bladder problems. She has also completed a postgraduate certificate in Women’s Health at Bradford University and is a member of the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Women’s Health (ACPHW)

Sally is also qualified as a Pilates instructor with the Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute and offers one to one and small group clinical Pilates classes. Clinical Pilates is ideal for individuals who have medical problems as the programme can be individually tailored specifically for your needs. With Sally’s clinical, anatomical and scientific knowledge you can be confident you are in safe hands.
