Fantastic service amazing team

Attended performance physiotherapy due to sever debilitating back pain. Within first visit Bridget discovered that the main issue was my knee . Never looked back after diagnosis lots of exercises that Bridget taught me and some massage . Feel amazing after just 6 treatments . Fantastic service amazing team. Thank you Bridget .

I saw significant improvements every week

Can’t speak highly enough of them. I went after a bad arm break and no signs of improvement weeks after the cast was removed. After the first visit, Lisa targeted the problem areas immediately. She tailored my exercises to those and I saw significant improvements every week. I would highly recommend.

Selected this practice as I wanted a more personal approach than a hospital. Very friendly and approachable. I would highly recommend Lisa.

Ben formed Performance physiotherapy in 2003 and now works as Senior Physiotherapist/Director within the company. Ben has a special interest in sports injuries/rehabilitation and also currently works for the WRU - being the physiotherapist for the Wales 7s team over the last 3 years, during which time he was part of the management involved in the 7s World Cup win of 2009. Ben has also worked with many other elite sportsmen from the world of professional rugby, football, boxing and athletics as well as countless numbers of members of the public at his clinic in Pontypridd.
