We specialise in the management of back pain, neck pain including whiplash, knee and hip pain, lower limb biomechanical problems, pre/post natal pelvic pain, shoulder and arm pain and mobility issues in the elderly. 

In addition, we provide both acupuncture and modified (clinical) Pilates, and integrate these into your management plan to assist you back to health as quickly as possible.  Both Pilates for Low Back Pain, and Strength and Flexibility Class for the over 60s classes are available.
