Nilufer is a very kind and gentle lady and was very understanding of my problem

I tripped and lunged forward and experienced a dreadful pulling sensation in the back of my left thigh and burttock. After a few weeks I saw Nilufer, she asked various questions and examined me and said it was a pulled hamstring, she also showed me where it was from a book. She gave me massage and some ultra sound and advice how to manage the pain when sitting.
Nilufer is a very kind and gentle lady and was very understanding of my problem

I went to Nilufer because I knew her from our local physio therapy department and she also knew me. It avoided any anxiousness on my part so I was quite relaxed over my visit.

Since qualifying at the Bath School of Physiotherapy in 1975 I have held a variety of posts covering various aspects of physiotherapy within the NHS. I moved to North Devon in 1983 and have had wide experience as Superintendent Physiotherapist in the NHS leading and supporting large teams of physiotherapists. This gave me an excellent opportunity to work closely with local GPs, consultants and other professionals in the field.
