She gave me massage and some ultra sound and advice how to manage the pain when sitting.Nilufer is a very kind and gentle lady and was very understanding of my problem I went to Nilufer because I knew her from our local physio therapy department and she also knew me. It avoided any anxiousness on my part so I was quite relaxed over my visit.
