A team of chartered and Health Professions Council registered physiotherapists treat patients at this clinic located at Lurgan in Northern Ireland. I currently attend the Pilates classes and really enjoy them, as well as benefit from them.

Active Therapy Clinic is a great place where the staff are friendly and the treatments are 5 star! They will always try to accommodate for appointments and have so many services under one roof! I currently attend the Pilates classes and really enjoy them, as well as benefit from them. I would highly recommend all their services!

After studying at the University of Ulster for his batchelors degree in physiotherapy, Jonathon gained experience in South Africa, USA and the UK. He began his career working in both the national health services of South Africa and the UK were he began specialising in the field of musculoskeletal. Jonathon has worked in the private health sector over the last 4 years.

Throughout his career, Jonathon as worked alongside an assortment of sports teams specialising in a variety of sports injury rehabilitation programmes. He also took a core stability class for 2 seasons which focused on strengthening the back and providing postural correction.

He has completed various post grad musculoskeletal courses, with the most notable to date being a post grad certificate in Manual Therapy from Glasgow Caledonian. He is an associate member of the Manipulative Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (MACP).

Biography:

David graduated from Queen University Belfast in 1999; he has since worked in Private and Health Service practices in various locations in Northern Ireland.

He has primarily specialised in the field of podiatric biomechanics with a keen interest in sports injuries, from 2000 to present David has held the post of Lead Podiatrist at the Sports injury Department at Musgrave Park Hospital, Belfast with special interest in management of patellofemoral pain.

From 1999 to 2004 David worked within the leading CAD functional foot orthoses manufacturer Pegasus Orthoses where he gained extensive technical and prescriptive experience.

From 2004 to present David has been in the employ of Northern Health Board with a wide interest ranging from minor skin surgery to footwear, including biomechanics and special interest groups with ICATS for prescription of the Richie Brace
