Dr. Kırdar offered emotional support, regularly checking in on my well-being. Following his advice, I received painkiller injections from a neurosurgeon and took a 10-day rest while continuing exercises. The pain eventually subsided, allowing me to stand for 2-3 hours without numbness. I made lifestyle changes and consistently maintained better posture. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Gökhan Kırdar and his clinic for their support, guidance, and role in helping me return to normal life.
