Postgraduate degrees in Medical Acupuncture, Sports Medicine and Football Medicine. Integrated the medical departments of Vitória Futebol Clube (Setúbal), Sporting Clube de Portugal and currently Belenenses SAD. He is dedicated to musculoskeletal ultrasound and echoguided infiltration techniques.

With approximately 10 years of practice, she developed her practice mostly in human and emotional development and, optimization of skills, depressive states and specific clinical conditions such as grief, sleep disturbance and psychosomatic manifestations.

Degree in Medicine from Faculdade Medicina de Lisboa, with a track record of over 30 years of experience, in the field of Reconstructive and Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He acquired the specialist degree in 1988. Over the past few years, he has worked in several Hospital Units, including Plastic Surgery Consultant at Hospital de Santa Marta or Plastic Surgeon at Hospital Cuf Infante Santo. He currently coordinates the Plastic Surgery Unit at Hospital dos Lusíadas and is a Graduate Assistant at the Plastic Surgery Service at Hospital Fernando Fonseca. He is a member of the Society of Medical Sciences of Lisbon, the Portuguese Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the European Association of Facial Plastic Surgery.

Specialist in Orthopedics and Traumatology. He works as an orthopedist at Sant’Ana Hospital, where he is a member of the Foot and Ankle Surgery Unit. Post-graduated in Sports Medicine by the Portuguese Society of Sports Medicine. PhD student at Instituto Superior Técnico in the area of Bioengineering – Cell Therapies and Regenerative Medicine, focusing on the theme “Insertional Tendinopathy of the Tendon of Achilles”. Incorporates the Medical Department of SL Benfica since 2013.

She has been a member of the Clinical Staff of Hospital Lusíadas Lisboa since 2008 and is a permanent doctor of the Portuguese Air Force. She was also a Hospital Assistant of Internal Medicine by the Lisbon Order of Doctors and Civil Hospitals at H. Curry Cabral (2000-2006).

José Chitas has a degree in Medicine from the Faculdade de Ciências Médicas of Universidade Nova de Lisboa, a specialist in Gynecology and Obstetrics from The College Health. Author of several scientific articles, published in magazines of the specialty. He is one of the leading doctors in the fight against gynecological cancer, and in sexually transmitted diseases.

Degree in Medicine from the FMUL of Lisbon. He acquired the specialist degree in 2017. He held a year of Fellowship in Microsurgery with one of the most renowned Neurosurgeons worldwide (Professor Ugur Ture). He is a Hospital Assistant at the Garcia de Orta Hospital, Coordinator of the Neurosurgery Department at Clínica CUF Belém and Clínica CUF Miraflores, and is also part of the Neurosurgical team at Hospital CUF Tejo and CUF Almada. He has experience in the treatment of complex and minimally invasive surgery of the Spine (degenerative pathology, tumor, fractures, osteoporosis); Neuro-oncology (metastases, gliomas, meningiomas, tumors of the skull base); Neuro-traumatology, Peripheral nerve surgery, Hydrocephalus. Author of several book chapters, national and international. Organizer of microsurgery courses with international projection and participation as a faculty in several courses in mycrosurgical anatomy. Professor of Neuroanatomy at the Faculty of Medical Sciences, Universidade Nova de Lisboa (NOVA Medical School) and PhD student at the same Faculty.

Graduated in Medicine from the Faculty of Medical Sciences of Universidade Nova de Lisboa, she completed her specialty in Psychiatry at Centro Hospitalar Psiquiátrico de Lisboa.

Over the past few years, she has been a specialist in Psychogeriatrics consultation at Centro Hospitalar Psiquiátrico de Lisboa and has been part of the Liaison Psychiatry teams at Hospital Fernanda Fonseca and Centro Hospitalar de Lisboa Central, areas of particular interest.

The experience she has acquired in the area of patients with COVID-19 at Hospital Curry Cabral and Centro Hospitalar Psiquiátrico de Lisboa since the beginning of the pandemic, as well as the Dual Pathology consultation that she developed at CRI-ET Setúbal, stands out.

She completed a Master’s Degree in Psychopharmacology with distinction at the Neuroscience Education Institute.

She has been trained in Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy and Meaning-Centered Psychotherapy and has mentored and co-oriented Psychoeducation and Group Psychotherapy groups.

She is also graduated in Nutrition Sciences by Universidade Atlântica (2013-2015) accumulating several professional backgrounds, namely Advanced Nutrition in Sports.

In her professional career she has dedicated to clinical nutrition and weight loss. Nutritional advice, food education and monitoring and preparation of meal plans.

Specialized Master in orofacial motricity and swallowing by the Escola de Superior de Saúde do Alcoitão since 2015. Degree in Speech Therapy by the Escola Superior de Saúde Egas Moniz since 2010.

She currently provides services at CHLO at the Voice Unit of Hospital Egas Moniz.

Participated in several screenings of orofacial motricity, speech and voice language.

She was part of the BioVisualSpeech research project as a research fellow.

She is also a Clinical Educator for 1st year students at the Escola Superior de Saúde do Alcoitão.
