What to expect
Our initial visits inlcude thorough Physical Therapy history taking and assessment in order to establish a smart Physical Therapy client based goal. Treatment sessions are completed on the follow up visits based on the agreed plan of care with client and family. Re-assessments are also completed concurrently throughout the visits to align the plan of care with achieving the set goals for a successful outcome, to return the client to his/her safest, realistic, most optimum level of function. All visits are about an hour of one on one client and physical therapist interaction.
