I’ve had scoliosis since I was 10 and started having troubling back pain 2-3 years ago. I had been to countless different treatment for my back all these years but nothing seems to work. However, Schroth Method was different, Caroline had taught me ways to correct my posture and to manage my pain, they are so helpful in my opinion!!! Caroline is kind, patient and passionate when she teaches! I have learnt so much from her and had lots of fun too!
