About Vilnius Physio

A professional physiotherapy service in Vilnius, Lithuania, provided by an English-trained and experienced Chartered Physiotherapist.

Your first appointment with Vilnius Physio will include a detailed assessment, which will then guide your treatment plan.

Your treatment plan will take into account your lifestyle, activities, and general health.  It is likely to involve a combination of the following treatment methods:

  • exercise program
  • joint manipulation and mobilisation
  • muscle re-education
  • acupuncture
  • self-management advice and education
  • postural management
  • massage
  • assistance with use of aids, splints, crutches, walking sticks etc.

Vilnius Physio will work with you to achieve lasting results.  We provide advice regarding the long-term management of your condition and encourage you to ask questions.

Vilnius Physio offers assessment and treatment sessions in English only.

Vilnius Physio offers a Home Visit service to accommodate those who find it more convenient to have physiotherapy at home or work.  We are fully mobile, with a portable treatment couch, and are happy to visit you at your home or workplace.

Posture analysis and post-intensive running season recovery.

Communication before the appointment was perfect and easy. I was able to set a date and hour according to my needs. The place is accessible without any problems, it is easy to find and with parking possibility.

After the welcome, I was questioned about my possible problems, routine training habits and injuries. Posture and mobility analysis as well as underwent procedures underline my positive experience.

Everything with high professionalism, pro-client attitude and smile. I am very grateful that I found such a great and fully dedicated specialist.

MCSP MSc MA (Cantab). Graduated from Christ’s College, University of Cambridge, in 2005 with an Honours BA degree. 

Continued studies at the University of Essex and graduated with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy in 2008.

Has over 5 years working in the NHS in England, with her

most recent position being a senior specialist physiotherapist at Guy’s and St. Thomas’ NHS Trust. 

She is qualified to practice acupuncture and am a full member of the AACP (Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists).
