• Ahmed has been practising Physiotherapy since graduating from The University of Sydney in 1998.

• He commenced his professional career at Sydney’s Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, moving quickly into the area of musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Over the next 5 years he continued to work in some of Sydney’s busiest and respected physiotherapy clinics.

• In that time, Ahmed continued to study and pursued further training in biomechanics, manual and manipulative physiotherapy.

• his has given Ahmed a depth of experience and knowledge in the wide areas of musculoskeletal, spinal and sports injuries. Ahmed’s skills are in the diagnosis of complex spinal pain and biomechanical assessment of musculoskeletal injuries including those acquired on the sporting field. He also has a special interest in running and cycling injuries and headache treatment. Ahmed has been the principal physiotherapist at City Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Centre since 2002.

• Jennifer embarked on her massage career in 2004 after completing her Diplomas at Sydney's Australasian College of Natural Therapies. Jennifer has acquired therapeutic skills in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal issues, including sporting injuries, work-related injuries and postural problems. She has also completed further training in treating orofacial and sinus pain, as well as TMJ Syndrome. Jennifer's personalised, holistic approach typically employs myofascial release, remedial and deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage, aromatherapy, relaxation massage for stress reduction, and exercise therapy. She also has advanced training in myofascial release techniques and pregnancy massage.
