In less than 6 sittings my back pain and discomfort are gone, which was troubling me for the last 3 years, still wondering what took me so long to find this place. I had lots of hope and happiness to have approached Dr Kumar M, looking out to continue osteopathy treatment in Bangalore for my unrelenting and ever repeating back problems. Experience from day one I consulted and started the treatment is exceptional and has motivated me to do better after each session. I don’t usually comment on specific health issues. However, I was in a lot of pain with my left leg and knee. I saw Hannah, who soon diagnosed my problem. Hannah explained exactly what was happening, showed me my leg muscles on a comprehensive chart and started working on me. I’m very pleased & grateful for Hannah’s treatment. I was so impressed by Alan and his team. Following a car accident, I was in a lot of pain and suffering. From the first visit, I felt I was really listened to. Alan identified Costochondritis as one of my issues and worked on my rib cage area. That was someplace to start. I also have a number of injuries, cervical and thoracic pain and Alan identified a muscle weakness that had led to my shoulder blade moving. This was causing so much pain and over a number of weeks with suitable exercises and physiotherapy Alan had the muscles stronger and the shoulder blade back in place. Over the years I have attended Physios who give you moves to do but don't massage the muscles. This is where LL differs. I would recommend Alan in Laurel Lodge Physio. I am so glad that I started my recovery here.

First session with Niamh today and she was completely thorough with her treatment and highlighted the issues that were giving me problems and also recommended exercises to follow up with.
