Qualified in 1986 from the British College of Naturopathy and Osteopathy in London and moved to set up practice in Brighton where she developed a good reputation for the treatment of pregnant women, and also began an interest in treating sports injuries. A whole family move to East Grinstead in 1994 meant starting a new practice from the beginning again. The more soft-tissue based approach she has found to be especially good for treating the whole range of pain and injuries she sees in daily practice, and her own children’s involvement in sport has led to her rediscovering her interest in sports injuries. She is a council member for the British Osteopathic Association.

Qualified 2008 from the British School of Osteopathy in London. In 2010 she also completed a Masters degree in Paediatric Osteopathy through the Osteopathic Centre for Children in London. Rachael enjoys working with people of all ages and uses many different treatment techniques according to the needs of her patients; this may include soft tissue massage, gentle manipulation and articulation of joints or cranial osteopathy. Thoughtful osteopathic care, combined with good sound advice and education are the hallmarks of her approach. Paediatric osteopathy is a popular part of Rachael’s work and she regularly sees babies and children. Rachael is a mother of two, regularly runs, sails and enjoys the benefits of meditation.

Qualified with a degree in paediatric nursing in 2001 and went on to specifically focusing on neonatal and paediatric intensive care initial. This gave Zoe a foundation with counseling parents and families through difficult and challenging times. Zoe has since developed her career & training with a counseling pathway in mind and worked for CAMHS (child and adolescent mental health services, NHS) over several years. Within this position, she have gained a vast amount of experience, training and supervision in therapeutic approaches across a huge variety of different circumstances. Zoe is certified in counseling and psychotherapy and adheres to the BACP and NMC code of conduct and confidentiality policies.
