Romilly Osteopathy and Pilates

She is a local osteopath based in Barry. She studied at and graduated from Oxford Brookes University. She gained experience and developed her clinical skills at the university’s osteopathic clinics in Swindon and Oxford. worked as an associate osteopath at Pontypridd Osteopathic Clinic for over 3 years. Nowadays she works in both Barry and Cardiff. Sharon is a member of the Sutherland Cranial College of Osteopathy and enjoys her post graduate training with them. She is qualified as a level 3 pilates instructor, after training with Pilates Training Solutions. Sharon has completed further training in Clinical Pilates with DMA Pilates and APPI Pilates who provide post graduate training for clinicians in Pilates. She enjoys keeping fit by walking, pilates and yoga. She has a keen interest in the gentle techniques of cranial osteopathy and finds that a combination of cranial and structural osteopathy often works well for her patients. She is registered with the GOsC, is a member of the Institute of Osteopathy and Sutherland Cranial College of Osteopathy.
