As a member of the Sports Massage Association, Abby focuses on ensuring that the treatment provided at Meridian Sports Therapy is tailored to suit the needs of its individual clients. Abby opened Meridian Sports Therapy after recognising the shortage of sports massage professionals dedicated to helping both serious competitors and amateur athletes to prepare for their sport in the Brighton & Hove area.  Whilst there are plenty of holistic massage therapists offering Swedish massage or deep tissue massage as sports massage, Abby found there was little true sports massage provision, incorporating injury assessment and post-care advice for the athlete in training.
