About Shropshire Bowen Therapist

Jan Cafearo ;  Dip Physiotherapy, ECBS, MBTPA, CNHC.

I hold weekday clinics near Shrewsbury.  The treatment room is relaxing, in a peaceful setting, with to-the-door parking.

Bowen is a very gentle therapy, suitable for all ages and states of health.  As a former physiotherapist, I am still often amazed at the sheer effectiveness of Bowen.

It was my first appointment with Jan yesterday and I have to say, I found the whole experience very positive. The treatment was exceptional and I look forward to my next one. I know it's early days yet but I had a better nights' sleep last night than I have had in a very long time due to back pain and I'm confident that further treatments from Jan will improve it even more.
