How many sessions will I need before I feel better? We usually say that if you are not feeling any benefit from a treatment after 6 sessions then it is unlikely that the treatment will yield any further benefits. We do suggest that you may respond to an alternative therapy and we will discuss this with you. Holistic health therapies do not use science alone because everyone is different and therefore the requirement to treat differently is needed.

Complementary health therapies have been used for thousands of years which proves that they do work and that people have benefited from their use over the centuries and continue to benefit people today.

Ann Dare

Biography:

Holistic Therapist Massge Course Tutor

Teacher of Hydrotherm Massage Systems and other holistic therapies.

I first became interested in holistic therapy in 1996 after realising the benefits following a treatment I had to help me relax and cope with a hectic lifestyle, work committments, small children, and a home to run! I was so intrigued that I decided to study Aromatherapy and passed with a VTCT diploma in 1997. I went on to learn the Hydrotherm Massage System attaining Level One and then Level Two Advanced Techniques. Since then I have added Reflexology, Auricular therapy (Ear Candling), Usui Reiki Level One and Level Two, to my repertoire.

My love of holistic therapies has continued to grow and I have progressed to Regional Trainer for Hydrotherm Massage Systems TM Ltd. I am committed to providing the best treatments available and continually study and update my skills. I hold certification in Applied Anatomy and Physiology and am also able to deliver the following courses to students:-
