Rex Wellbeing

Rex originally studied Applied Biology at Trent and due to his own health problems discovered Alternative Therapies. Rex became fascinated with this field of medicine when his own health improved drastically in only a short while. On Returning from India having learnt Yoga and Meditation, Rex retrained in a range of therapies from Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yoga, Reiki and NLP (a proactive form of Psychology).

Having finished his Diploma in Shiatsu Massage, Rex worked at a NHS medical centre working along side and receiving referrals from GP’s. He then set up his own clinic in West Norfolk. Having practiced Traditional Chinese Medicine for over 10 years he went on to study NLP to further help his clients who had more Psychological and emotional based problems.
