An aesthetic technique developed as a new way of achieving bio-rejuvenation without needles using PRX-T33. A new breed of high-performing chemical peel formulated to infuse the skin, build collagen and generally improve skin tone. This treatment is pain-free and because it doesn't cause photo-sensitivity, it can be received all year round even in the summer months and there are no needles involved.

Our Bio Skin Revitalisation treatment causes the top layer of skin to shed, triggering the living cells below to multiply and move up to the surface, in turn increasing collagen and hyaluronic production - this treatment triggers a response that makes skin behave like young skin.

Thanks to its innovative concept, you can forget about having to hide in the house for days after the procedure as you can have the treatment on your lunch-break, and then meet up with friends the very same night.

Mesotherapy is a safe, natural transdermal alternative treatment to invasive cosmetic procedures and is ideal for a range of skin and hair conditions. This highly effective rejuvenating  treatment replaces depleted hyaluronic acid deposits and other essential nutrients  that provide deep hydration, toning and cell regeneration benefits to the hair and skin. Transdermal delivery of vitamins, minerals and amino acids are delivered through a series of extremely superficial microneedling.

The delivery of the Mesotherapy treatment is optimised in this treatment through a combination of our Glycolic Epi-Peel. The peel works to exfoliate dead skin cells and unclog pores allowing for improved penetration of the Mesotherapy product(s).

The Bio C Peel provides a soft enzymatic exfoliation on the top layers of skin to improve the skin’s ability to absorb and hold moisture whilst providing you with a spectacular glowing skin.

This treatment is excellent for sensitive skin types prone to noticeable scaring and redness.  After a single treatment, the skin will have a rejuvenated and brighter appearance and signs of redness will be diminished. A relaxing massage treatment that focuses on the whole body particularly your back, neck and shoulders. Swedish-style and light myofascial massage techniques are used to massage and release tendon insertion points of your spinal column and back enabling your spinal column to regain its proper upright alignment.

Tension and energy blockages are released gently leaving you with an intense feeling of wellbeing. A fusion of calming and relaxing aromatherapy essential oils are used in this treatment for their calming and soothing effects on the mind and body.

Relieve tight problematic muscles with a massage treatment that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle and fascia in the body. A combination of myofascial stretches and trigger pointing techniques are used and applied to blocked energy lines, connective tissue, scar tissue and tight muscle groups that can disrupt circulation and cause pain, limited range of motion, and inflammation.

Your therapist will use a blend of predetermined aromatherapy oils to apply varied pressure working on the affected areas of your body to relieve tension and pain in dysfunctional areas of the body bringing you to a sense of relaxation.

Lymphatic drainage massage is a form of gentle massage that encourages the movement of lymph fluids around the body to help prevent health conditions that can arise from a build up of lymph fluid. 

Lymphatic drainage massages can benefit people with lymphedema, fibromyalgia and other conditions including post-surgery oedema. Lymphatic massage helps reduce swelling and improve circulation throughout the lymphatic system. Lymphatic massage usually forms part of a treatment program called decongestive lymphatic therapy (DLT).

A deeply relaxing therapeutic massage tailored for both mother and baby. Pregnancy massage gives special attention to mum-to-be to help nurture the new life that grows inside. Pregnancy massage techniques are performed to melt away aches, pains and stresses which can develop during pregnancy, ensuring that the most overworked muscles are relaxed and the body is prepared for labour.

Choose either a half-hour treatment where your therapist can work on any areas you would like focused on or an hour treatment to receive a full body massage. We recommend a pregnancy massage at least twice a week before your delivery due date to improve your pregnancy and birth experience, reducing levels of stress hormones and other complications that may arise during or after delivery.

SPORTS MASSAGE (PRE OR POST EVENT) (1 hour)

SPORTS MASSAGE (PRE OR POST EVENT) - Endulge Therapy
A combination of neuromuscular, muscle energy and soft tissue release techniques adopted to help relieve muscle strain and tension whilst improving your range of movement and flexibility. This style of massage has been predominantly used by athletes for fitness and training recovery to maintain optimal condition for the body helping prevent muscle injuries.

Your therapist will examine your posture and the way you move. You will receive a whole body assessment, which may include postural and gait analysis, a range of movement assessment and muscle palpation, before the therapist decides the most appropriate treatment for you.

Your therapist will explain exactly what they intend to do, what areas of the body they intend to treat and how they intend to them. Your therapist will tell you when they need to work on the skin or through clothing.

Thai Massage

THAI FOOT MASSAGE (1 hour)

THAI FOOT MASSAGE - Endulge Therapy
A powerful energising and revitalising massage that is also deeply relaxing for the whole body. Thai foot massage involves work along the energy lines (sen) of the lower legs, and reflex points of the feet to balance and harmonise the flow of energy around the body. Reflex points and energy channels are generally massaged and stretched to encourage the free flow of energy whilst stimulating healing of the internal organs. Stimulating the internal organs and the energy lines is helps to facilitate the body’s normal functions so the body remains healthy.

Your therapist will use their body weight and a Thai foot massage stick to apply varied pressure along these points to bring you to a powerful state of relaxation (sabai). In the longer versions of this treatment, you will be treated to a detoxifying sea salt scrub and a warm comforting foot compress.

THAI YOGA MASSAGE (1 hour)

THAI YOGA MASSAGE - Endulge Therapy
An ancient healing system comprising a combination of yoga stretches, broad and targeted acupressure work, and stimulation of energy lines called sen. Thai yoga massage is often referred to as ‘lazy yoga’ as a massage therapist helps the receiver to perform yoga-like stretches that encourage healthy joints promoting flexibility for the entire body. Traditional Thai yoga incorporates the Buddhist practices of mindfulness (breath awareness) and loving kindness (focused compassion) bringing the treatment session to a focused and deep level.

In Thai yoga Massage, the body is compressed, pulled, stretched and rocked in order to relieve tension and clear energy blockages that cause aches, pains and disease. Thai yoga massage is a relaxing alternative to sport massage therapy, and is usually provided fully clothed on a Thai mattress with little to no use of oil. Your therapist will use thumbs, palms, forearms, elbows, knees and feet to create a dance of movement on your body to free-up joints, muscles and tendons.

As a result, internal organs are toned, nerves are calmed, and energy is re-balanced. The overall effect is one of deep relaxation, rejuvenation, physical and mental wellbeing.
