I had been suffering from a painful right neck and shoulder for weeks and massage didn't help. I knew it was not purely physical. From the clinic quite fast, but when I sent two emails to them with some questions, I did not hear from them until I was finally called back.
If in urgent pain, better to call them instead of email.
