Integrated Energy Therapy (I.E.T)
Emotions such as anger, resentment, powerlessness, guilt and fear are stored in the cellular memory of the body, influencing the way we live our lives and interact in relationships. Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
Great therapy for post-traumatic stress disorder and anxiety. Currently been used in the NHS (National health service) in Scotland.
