Acupuncture Naturopathy B.Ed (Hons) Avril uses a combination of acupuncture and naturopathy to prevent and treat many health conditions and to promote general health and wellbeing. She has been in private practice for 11 years. Before that, she spent sixteen years as a primary school teacher. Having attained an Honour’s Degree in Education from Trinity College, Dublin and a Diploma in Learning Support and Special Educational Needs Avril decided to train in Natural Therapies. She firstly completed an ITEC Diploma in Holistic Healing Massage and then attained a Diploma in Acupuncture (TCM) and a Diploma in Naturopathy from the College of Naturopathic Medicine. She is a registered acupuncturist with the Acupuncture Council of Ireland (TCMCI) and recognised by most of the Health Insurance Providers. Avril has a huge passion and gift to make people well.
