Hypnosis is an altered state of consciousness, and when a client enters this state they are highly suggestible. This is when I give all the suggestions they need to be able to make lasting changes to their mindset and therefore, their lives.
I offer Supervision to new and existing hypnotherapists for their first 2 years in practice. This is an essential requirement from many training schools and can be extremely beneficial and reassuring for a new business. I am regulated and acknowledged by the General Hypnotherapy Register.

I run training services for Hypnotherapy once a year. This course is a double diploma course and will teach you everything you need to know to set up as a Clinical Hypnotherapist. It runs one weekend a month for 10 months and the next course starts in September 2018, in Castlebar, Co Mayo, Ireland.
