Through Biokinesiology treatments I test for food intolerances, toxins like parasites, bacteria, candida, mercury etc and digestive enzymes. I investigate the root cause of your health concern. When I find it I recommend elimination of a certain food for a month/2months if necessary, removal of toxin, strengthening of digestive enzymes that break down your food and populate the gut area with good bacteria or other supplements if needed. 

I also can test your thyroid function and energy levels and explain why you might be feeling out of sorts. Fertility and hormone problems, bloating, acid reflux, migraines, a skin rash, eczema, anxiety or depression, I test and investigate through the biochemistry of your body what may be causing them and treat. This is a very effective treatment that takes in the whole person, body and mind and not just the symptoms. Emotional stress release, help with TMJ, Bach remedies and releasing trapped emotions can be stand alone treatment or combined with above treatment.

A full consultation re diet, stress levels, sleep patterns, symptoms and exercise is taken, treatment and diet advice re nutrition and supplementation if needed. 

Reflexology treatments on the feet for better health, pain management, plantar fasciitis, adrenal stress, back and shoulder pain and general well-being. This is an ancient Egyptian and Chinese practice that concludes areas of the feet are connected to the organs of the body and when worked upon stimulate these organs into healing and bringing the body back into balance. I sometimes bring both treatments together in different ways to help heal the body and relieve stress and help with irregular bowel movements. Clients feel relaxed during the treatment. Again a full consultation is carried out with you and a treatment plan designed for you regards pain management or other. However in relation to this I like to check any food intolerance or toxin issue that might be the main issue before i proceed with the treatment if the client would like that ,
