From the first video consultation I felt in safe hands with Kevin and Dr Kalra. They both made me feel like I had chosen the right clinic for my hair transplant. Kevin was on hand day and night to answer any questions I had before and after the procedure. The day of my procedure I was welcomed to the clinic and made to feel comfortable and Kevin continued to check in on me throughout the procedure. I am very happy with my results so far and special thanks to Alex. The aftercare was brilliant, nothing felt too much trouble.
