I have always had hooded eyelids. About a year ago the hooding became so bad that I knew I had to get my eyes done. It was affecting my vision. I put it off for years because I have seen many people (with the financial resources to get the best work done) whose eyes do not look natural. They look continuously surprised. I ran into so many people that looked like that, that I assumed that was what you looked like after having upper eyelid surgery. I interviewed three doctors before deciding on Dr Elif from Medhera Health Clinic because I was concerned that I wouldn’t look like myself after surgery. My surgery could have been covered by insurance but I chose to pay out of pocket because Dr. Elif is that good! I chose her because she was the most thorough in explaining my procedure and she promised me that my eyes would look natural. The whole experience was seamless. Everyone who works in her office is pleasant, knowledgeable, and competent. You can tell they all love working there and it shows in how they work. Phone calls were returned promptly. They took the time to answer my questions. They sent multiple reminders for appts and were flexible in scheduling. Dr. Elif is a kind, caring doctor. That wasn’t something I required in my surgeon but it amazingly made the whole experience enjoyable. Even the surgery was enjoyable. She played a great musical soundtrack which was relaxing and she explained what she was doing throughout the process. I found that very comforting. Her follow-up after surgery was very thorough and my eyes healed beautifully. I highly recommend going to see her before you make your decision. She is the best at what she does and it shows. Brilliant experience from start to finish, I work away so they had to book me in at last minute, nothing was a problem for this clinic. A taxi driver holding my name was at the airport, he took me to my hotel where I met Asli, a very nice young lady. She told my the itinerary and was always there before I was to pick me up and drop me off where ever I needed to go. Everything was planned perfectly. I had FUE hair and beard transplant with them and then refractive lens replacement which they sourced out the best professor to do the operation. Highly recommend you use these people if you want anything done in Turkey. My friend had teeth and hair done 2 years ago and he’s also very happy. They are very good at what they do at that is FUE hair transplant and plastic surgery. If you’re needing anything else they source the best people for the operation. Whatever you want, they put it all together in a package, and because they’re local they get you the best price too.

They came to my hotel 72km away to pick me up. The opreation went very smooth and they explained every process in English with a very nice American translator who was present the whole time. I was droped off after the operation. Well Done. They have done a very good job. 3500 graft in 1 day. Before I went to another clinic and they asked me to come twice for the same operation which this clinic did in one day.

I had FUE (DHI) 10 days ago at this clinic. I had 3000 grafts from the back of my head placed at the front where my hairline had receded a few CM at the front and was going very thin further back. Everyone at the clinic was lovely and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. The only part of the process that hurt slightly was the initial aesthetic injection, similar to an injection at the dentist. After that, my scalp was completely numb so I couldn't feel anything. I'm really impressed with the results so far. I have experienced no shock loss to date and all the hairs are growing well, all the scabs have fallen off and after a few days you couldn't even tell I'd had anything done. My hairline is now back in the position it was 10 years ago and the density of the hair growing through is evenly distributed all over. I'm really happy with the result.
