I never really write reviews , but this time I want to express my gratitude to all the amazing team at IVI LONDON clinic. After waited for a long time for the NHS referral... my the best decision ever was to go to Ivi London . Tomasz Lukaszewski is an amazing person, very knowledgeable, kind and empathetic. I trusted and followed his instructions from the beginning and I felt secure and hopeful. Now I'm 6 weeks pregnant. Thank you so much to all IVI London team ,you are the best! Highly recommended IVI LONDON !

I had and am having a great experience with IVI London. Dr Lucaszewski and his team have been fantastic. The staff and doctors have been super nice and informative and led me through the process of egg freezing smoothly. I have had zero problems getting hold of nurses or doctors as I’ve read in other reviews.

Whenever I have had any questions the team have responded in a timely matter and any concerns have been addressed swiftly. They made me feel confident in my choices and in the treatment. I’m going back to do another round of egg freezing again soon and trust I’ll experience the same level of care.

We are very pleased with the clinic. Thanks to the wonderful doctors of this clinic we now have a 1 year old and there's another one on its way. We were taken care of by Dr Galian and Dr Lukaszewski. Both were very professional and caring. Dr Galian took our case very personally and it always felt like she cared about us. She made some right decisions which made our treatment successful and resulted in pregnancy.
All other staff members were incredible too. The clinic is comfortable, clean and accommodating.

I received IUI treatment at this clinic. I thought it was very good value for money and I paid the price I found on the website.

Even though I’m using a different clinic now, I think this is a good place with hi-tech equipment. I’d recommend them to people with fertility problems.

I had a fertility specialist consultation here. I chose them because the doctors there are from Spain, and that’s my partner’s home country. After the consultation, I decided to start my treatment with them. It’s still too early to judge whether it’s been effective or not, but I’m happy with my experience so far.

The clinic made a good first impression - the doctors and facilities met my expectations. I think we paid exactly what we anticipated we would. Because I’m still undergoing treatment, I can only really make a judgement call on the customer service, which has been quite good. The staff are very friendly and always willing to discuss my and my partner’s needs. I don’t really have another clinic to compare them to, but everything has been lovely thus far.
