Blastocyst Transfer

The blastocyst transfer is part of the whole IVF  procedure and it is the last stage of this procedure. 

This procedure is the placement of the embryos in the uterine cavity. It is usually performed on the 3rd to 5th day after the day of the puncture. 

The number of the embryos that has to be transferred is between 1 and 3. 

The procedure lasts around 5 minutes. The embryos are transferred in the uterus with the assistance of a special catheter into the cervix. No anesthesia is applicable for this short procedure. 

The patient stays in the hospital for 1-2 hours after the procedure.

The amount stated, covers the whole IVF procedure, without the hormonal stimulation and the additional medications.
