About Cagin Eye Hospital

Being one of the first private eye centers of Kocaeli, Private Çağın Eye Diseases Center was established in 1989 in Gölcük and is carrying on its operations in Izmit, Centrum, since 1999.

The procedure wasn’t scary in the slightest and the results are amazing

I had eye laser surgery in Cagin Eye Hospital last summer. One of my friend in my hometown suggested this hospital and after a little research, I decided to try and be examined by Kursat Cagin, MD. Who is an experienced doctor and also owner of Cagin Eye Hospital. Everything about the Cagin Eye Hospital is very calming. I was so scared before the surgery.

Dr. Cagin put my mind at rest as soon as I entered the operation room. I needn’t have worried at all. The procedure wasn’t scary in the slightest and the results are amazing. I’ve always hated my glasses and the surgery really has changed my life. I think everyone should get it done.

Cagin Eye Hospital is really hygienic and has modern technology. I felt secure and relaxed after I had been into the hospital. After the operation, I stayed in a hotel nearby the hospital. The hospital paid all the charges for me. They also have a translator for German, English, Russian and Arabic languages. The price of the procedures is cost-effective. Thank you for everything!

Very happy and no more wearing glasses

5 50 RLE - Refractive Lens Exchange

I underwent lens replacement surgery in 2014. After a personal referral I was still a bit nervous...but they are extremely professional and Dr Kursat Cagin is brilliant! The operation was highly successful and I would recommend to anyone considering this procedure. Very happy and no more wearing glasses :-)

At our Glaucoma Unit, our patients are regularly followed and their intraocular pressure measuring and their visual field examinations are performed. Intraocular pressure measuring is made with Non Contact tonometer, applanation tonometer and tonopen. Visual field tests are performed with Dicon visual field assessment device which does not tire the patients and which we can obtain more accurate results. With Heidelberg Engineering HRTII Optic Nerve Analyzer device put into use in March, 2002, our early diagnosis opportunities have achieved to ultimate levels. Our glaucoma patients are treated with medicine, laser or surgery at our clinic.
