KIND, CARING & PROFESSIONAL!!
The first morning of our holiday I had a terrible eye issue, which transpired as an eye ulcer.
We were staying in Altea and travelled a short distance to the clinic when they opened. The lady on reception was compassionate and contacted the Ophthalmologist directly, who kindly came to work earlier to see me as an emergency.
The practice is scrupulously modern and clean, with all Covid precautions in place. The eye doctor Justwa thoroughly examined my eye using the machines and taking many photos and eye diagnostics.
After prescribing the medication necessary they are ideally located having several pharmacies in the area, some of which are open all day.
They made space for an appointment the following day, and once more before our return flight. Not only did they greatly help me, they also have made themselves available should the ophthalmologist’s in my home country need any additional information as Jystwa recommended and also follow up the eye treatment when we return back to the UK.
I cannot thank the ladies enough for helping me. They saved my eye and our holiday from being a total disaster, as had my eye not had the urgent treatment it needed things could have turned out a lot more sinister.
I would not hesitate to highly recommend Eye Doctor Costa Blanca, and wish them every success for the future!
