• Wouter van den Berg followed the specialization to ophthalmologist at the AMC in Amsterdam and is specialized in both refractive traanwegproblemen as in cataract surgery. From 1992 to 2012 he worked as an ophthalmologist in the Diaconessenhuis Leiden.

• In 1998 he started one of the first in the Netherlands with the implantation of Artisan- and Artiflex lenses for myopia. He is one of the founders of Rijnzicht Eye Clinic where he has worked since 2004 as refraction. Since November 2012, he joined The Eye Clinic Horsten.

• Monika Landesz studied Medicine at the University of Amsterdam. After she obtained her doctorate in 1995 at the University of Groningen in the thesis: Evaluation of clinical studies on the Phakic iris claw lens and on the application of the 193-nm argon fluoride excimer laser

• From 1994 to 1998 she trained as an ophthalmologist at the University Medical Center Groningen. In the period 1999 to 2011 she worked as a refraction of Vision Clinics and in addition she has worked in Amsterdam in this period of Jan van Goyen Clinic. She also worked at the LUMC Leiden, where she continued to specialize in the cornea and transplant surgery.

• Since 2010 she has been a general ophthalmologist and cataract and corneal surgeon part time work in the Medical Center Beverwijk. She is also as refraction associated Rijnzicht Eye Clinic in Oegstgeest.

• In 2011 she started the Eye Clinic Horsten. Monika Landesz performed volunteering as cataract surgeon at different locations in Indonesia, from Foundation Slah.

• Hester Nouhuijs studied Medicine at the University of Leiden. She followed the specialization to ophthalmologist in the Rotterdam Eye Hospital (OZR), where she further specialized in ultrasound of the eye, cataract and eyelid surgery and refractive surgery.

• She then spent several months in the Moorfields Eye Hospital, London, for further specialization in oculoplastic surgery (eyelid surgery).

• She continued to 2000 associated with the OZR. From 2000 to 2011 she worked as cataract and eyelid surgeon general ophthalmologist in Diaconessenhuis Leiden. She is one of the founders of Rijnzicht Eye Clinic where she has worked since 2004 as refraction. In 2011 she started the Eye Clinic Horsten.
