I have had the most amazing experience with Carroll's Opticians. They went above and beyond the call of duty for me and explained each step of the process. Helen and the team were delightful to deal with and so knowledgeable. For so many reasons, people who need stronger glasses find purchasing new glasses very stressful. By being so attentive, Carroll identified an incorrect prescription in my recently purchased glasses(another supplier), which has allowed me to still use my current prescription.
