I had my eyes tested for reading glasses and subsequently bought two pairs of glasses. The staff were very nice and helpful but within one year the frame of one pair broke. I returned the glasses which were replaced without question. The lenses fell out of the second pair and were damaged and when I brought them back I was not treated very well by the manager and made to feel as if I had done something wrong and looking for something that I was not entitled to. It was agreed then that they would replace the lenses. I was not happy with the service and the attitude of the manager. In the meantime the frame of the other pair which were replaced broke and I contacted the consumer rights association who assured me I was entitled to full replacement. I returned to the shop and braced myself for a confrontation with the manager. However to my surprise the assistant (Megan) who was on a temporary transfer from the Tallaght branch immediately put me at ease and sorted out the problem without any subtle or accusatory remarks. This restored my faith in your company as I was quite determined to move my families custom to another company.

I think that staff like Megan should be commended for the service they provide as they ensure that customers receive the best service without comprising the companies policies. She was quite honest in her dealings and a good listener and efficient in dealing with my requests.I understand that there are people who try and put the blame on the company even when they are at fault but you can't put the sane label on everyone. Customers understand the subtleties of remarks that are being made and are very quick to know whether someone is paying lip service or genuine in assisting even though all customers will not complain about this. We just go somewhere else. Megan has restored my faith in your service.
