St Denys Practice is a well established facility that offers a variety of exceptional medical services to people of all ages. Also available are general medical services like BUPA/Private Health care forms, private sick notes for work absences of less than 7 days, driving medicals - Taxi, HGV, PSV, Elderly, passport signature, solicitors reports, private or pre-employment medicals and so on.
I am a little late in writing. I was treated by the Practice Nurse called Andrea for a problem with my lower left leg. I visited her on two occasions during March I believe. I was referred to St. Denys Surgery by Mulberry House Surgery. Andrea was very kind and Professional and fixed my leg up well.
