Very professional service by Dale, who explained how and why he was taking the action he did. I came out with my feet feeling so much better than before.
Thank you Pascal , its great to know your consultation was such a benefit to you. Happy to provide further assistance/advise in the future.
Would highly recommend! Excellent friendly service and he talked me through all of the options for a foot nail fungal problem that I have been struggling with for years. Why on earth didn't I go here sooner rather than wasting so much money on countless over the counter treatments that do absolutely nothing?!
I attended the clinic on Tuesday 20th July 2021 to have a wart removed from the bridge of my nose. Despite it being a minor operation I was apprehensive as I rarely visit either clinics or doctors.I was immediately put at ease when Dr Smith (I think?) came to fetch me and he was so reassuring and friendly I felt at ease. The procedure was explained thoroughly to me and I was soon dealt with and the area dressed with instructions on how to proceed. The whole visit was professional and the staff was approachable, especially Crystal who dressed my ‘wound’ perfectly.Thank you to all
Had a great experience. The clinician was friendly and chatty and put me at ease. The treatment was good and solved my problem. Will go again.
Thank you so much, I really do appreciate feedback good or bad as it helps improve my patients future visits . Glad to hear it resolved the problem.

During the assessment the quality and range of movement of joints, muscle strength and flexibility, compensatory mechanisms are all assessed as well as the way that you stand, paying particular attention to the way the foot contacts the ground at each stage of the gait cycle.
A biomechanical assessment could also be helpful for anyone experiencing lower back, knee, hip, calf, ankle, or foot pain whereby the cause has not yet been established. The biomechanical assessment is the first step in understanding what the cause of the problem is, what can be done, and what further investigations or referrals to other health professionals are needed.

Following a Musculoskeletal Assessment 2 types of Orthotics can be prescribed, casted (Bespoke) or non-casted (known as off the shelf). Orthotics have different benefits depending on the desired outcome, the type of orthoses prescribed, and individual prescription.
The benefits of toenail surgery include:
Permanent pain relief and/or preventing reoccurring infections
Improved look of your toe
Safe Local anaesthetic is used as less risk of adverse effects
Very little time away from work is needed
No need to visit GP or a hospital for a referral
Nail surgery may be necessary if you have an in-growing toenail which could be problematic, painful or infected. In-growing toenails commonly occur at the big toenail, however can also occur at any one of the lesser toenails. Once the nail has been removed a chemical called phenol is used to stop the nail re-growing, this is so that the problem is highly unlikely to return.
