Motivate Plus provides clinical, therapeutic and motivational hypnotherapy in Aberdeenshire and online. Face to face, online and telephone consultations are also available or a combination of all three to suit your needs, ensuring you achieve your goals. Motivate - Plus will never contravene medical advice preferring to work hand in hand with your medical adviser.  

A full range of physiotherapy and sports medicine services are offered at the clinics run by the BUPA health insurance and healthcare services group located across the UK. Services provided at all their clinics include physiotherapy, biomechanical assessments and assistance, physiotherapy manipulation anjd mobilization, osteopathy, Pilates, podiatry, electrotherapy, injections therapy exercise therapy and acupuncture. Other services offered include dental services, services of general medical practitioners, cosmetic services and the administration of seasonal flu vaccines. BUPA run health examinations are also offered at all clinics.
