Ruth Hyde

Biography:
Ruth is the founder of Cryojuvenate UK, and is a British entrepreneur with a track record of enterprise and resourcefulness, formerly in the IT industry and the City of London. She overcame crippling rheumatoid arthritis at age 13 to continue with her love of sports that includes cycling, and even boxing. She stays fit and alert with early morning walks and gym sessions. Ruth is passionate about cryotherapy techniques and benefits, and has been meticulous in every aspect of bringing these helpful treatments to a wider public at Cryojuvenate UK.

Claire Cook

Biography:
Clare is a highly experienced and talented beauty therapist. She made a career switch from law in 2011 and has never looked back, as her skills have been in hot demand ever since. She has completed her Level 2 and Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualifications, and is now building on her knowledge of exciting new techniques to add to her expertise gained by working in conventional salons. She aims to be one of the country’s leading cryotherapy exponents.

Debbie Frankham

Biography:
Debbie is a trained limited orthotic practitioner and is studying for a degree in health sciences. She worked in hospital wards and immunology labs as a student, and in her professional capacity has wide experience in measuring, fitting and supplying surgical appliances, post-surgical and medical supplies. Her satisfaction comes from helping people in a meaningful way, while to relax Debbie likes fitness classes, dancing and Taekwondo.

Miss Natalie Norris

Biography:


Natalie joins Cryojuvenate as a highly trained professional with 13 years’ experience in massage therapy having worked as a Sports Therapist in Chiropractic clinics. She achieved a Second Class BSc Honours Degree in Sports Therapy at the London Metropolitan University and holds a BTEC National Diploma in Sports Science. Natalie is a trained coach and instructor with management experience roles in sports retail. Earlier Natalie had the privilege to work as the First Team Sport and Massage Therapist for Faversham FC providing consultations, coordinated rehabilitation plans and pre-match fitness tests. Prior to this Natalie served at the Maidstone Reserves FC where she was in charge of pitch-side injuries.
