I finally took the plunge and decided I wanted to be a healthy woman in my 70’s. I called BodyWell as I had heard good things. I have been attending now for nine months every week and it sounds like a clique but I’m a new woman! I seem to have grown taller! Posture improved I’m sure. My body is flexible and the bonus is 20 pounds dropped off without any effort in terms of hunger. The team are so kind and compassionate, every one of them.
