As I have said the Physio was with me all the time which made one feel safeAnn, UK, 15 09 16

I have spinal stenosis and was recommended to have Hydrotherapy to help. The Physiotherapist in charge , first gave me a thorough examination on my first visit to see if he thought that I was suitable for Hydrotherapy. My first session was again with the same Physiotherapist who came in the pool with me and watched me every step of the way. He gave me many different exercises to do I chose this Clinic because there is supervision. As I have said the Physio was with me all the time which made one feel safe. There is also a Lifeguard on duty. I have been to other warm pools where there was no supervision at all which I felt was very unsafe Other people are using the pool and there is also a Jacuzzi alongside
