With the advent of Digital GP services, we forget the value of a GP physically seeing you in person.
Was able to get the support needed after visiting GP in person & it meant getting a serious issue dealt with sooner that i didn't realise was more significant than I thought.
Even more importantly, Dr Nolan followed up with me that evening to check on how I got on in the A&E, which was unexpected but very, very welcome. Showed me how much she cares about each person they see.
