I had a full body mole check today with Dr. Baljit Johal. He was very kind and reassuring. He was also very good at explaining the process, his findings and recommendations. I felt very at ease and would definitely return to Richmond Dermatology if I had further skin concerns. The clinic manager, Serena, was also very helpful. Thank you to you both!

First impressions aren’t good, but you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. Receptionist for the collective group of clinics wasn’t exactly welcoming. She was sitting in her coat and needed to finish her text messages before acknowledging my presence. However, the actual clinic was quite simply excellent. After an initial consultation, and diagnosis, you are seen by another member of the team to discuss the cost of the treatment required. Considering that my own GP didn’t take things as seriously as they should of, I was offered an immediate removal of a cyst that looked ‘suspicious’ 30 minutes later I was on my way home, cyst removed and though there’s a wait to see if it’s cancerous, it know I’ve now got a fighting chance having had it removed quickly. The Dr was great - honest as you’d expected and very skilled at the removal. Yes, it cost money to do so quickly, but the earliest NHS appointment would have bet October.

Dr Anita and her team are amazing. Her skincare knowledge is second to none and this is absolutely my go-to clinic in London. Her Decree skincare range is also brilliant - easy to follow and you can get it on subscription so it just arrives when your current one is running out! Brilliant!
