As it was my first time seeing a dermatologist, I didn't know what to expect upon my first visit and wasn't sure if I had made the right choice choosing Sheen Clinic. However, the first visit was comfortable and Dr Janet was the one who consulted me and she was so patient to explain to me about my skin problems and answer questions that I had. And not to forget, the nurses were very helpful and kind. I have oily and acne prone skin, and so I was on oral medication (antibiotics + oil-control) as well as topical medication (acne gel). I also tried their set of skincare and sunscreen. Now, it has been almost 2 months since my first visit to the clinic. I have seen improvements with my skin after a month plus and I am satisfied with the results. This has made me gain my confidence little by little. They also do follow-ups to make sure I reacted well to the medication and skincare. I was also able to ask them questions whenever I'm not sure about anything regarding the medication. Overall, it was a good experience from Sheen Clinic!
