My daughter recently had a consultation with Dr Dillon, and our experience was unfortunately very disappointing. She was prescribed two different contraceptive pills and advised to choose for herself, which left her feeling uncertain and unsupported. The consultation also felt rushed, and important checks that we would have expected as part of basic care were not carried out.
Although Dr Dillon later acknowledged the situation and offered a complimentary consultation, my daughter decided not to return as she had already lost confidence in the advice given. What we found most concerning was the lack of clear guidance and reassurance during what should have been a straightforward appointment.
As a family, we expected a higher level of care, compassion, and communication. This experience left us feeling let down and worried, which is not what you hope for when you seek medical advice.
